Our recommended media player is IBO Player / IBO Player Pro. Find the step-by-step guide for your device below.

Download the IBO Player App

  1. On your Firestick, go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options and turn ON "Apps from Unknown Sources".
  2. Go to the home screen, find and open the "Downloader" app.
  3. In the URL bar, enter the code: 481220 and press Go.
  4. The IBO Player app will download. Once finished, click Install, then Open.
  5. The app will show a MAC Address and a Device Key.
  6. Send us both the MAC Address and Device Key, and we will activate the app and upload your playlist.

Using the Google Play Store

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
  2. Search for the app: IBO Player or IBO Player Pro.
  3. Click Install and then Open the application once it's finished.
  4. On the screen, the app will display a MAC Address and a Device Key.
  5. Please send us both the MAC Address and Device Key. We will activate the player and upload your playlist from our end.

Using Your TV's App Store

  1. Turn on your Smart TV and open its official App Store (e.g., Samsung Apps, LG Content Store).
  2. Search for the app: IBO Player.
  3. Install and launch the application.
  4. The app will show a MAC Address and a Device Key.
  5. Send us both the MAC Address and Device Key, and we will handle the full setup for you.
This method works for all modern Smart TVs that have IBO Player available in their app store.

Using the App Store

  1. Open the App Store on your Apple device.
  2. Search for the app: IBO Player.
  3. Download and install the app.
  4. Open the app. It will display a MAC Address and a Device Key.
  5. Send us both of these details, and we will activate the app and your playlist.
Activation Note: We recommend letting us handle the activation and playlist upload for the best experience.

Portal-based Setup

  1. Connect your MAG box to your TV and ensure it is connected to the internet.
  2. Locate the MAC Address on the sticker on the bottom of your MAG device. It should start with 00:1A:79:..
  3. Send us this complete MAC Address.
  4. We will register your device and send you a specific Portal URL to enter in your device's settings.
MAG devices do not use the IBO Player app. The setup is tied directly to your device's unique MAC address.
